After 12 weeks I still haven't received my completed website. I have attached the final few emails I sent them before I stopped responding to their excuses. Every week they had some excuse why the website wasn't finished, that is all them seemed to be good at was excuses. I recommend going anywhere else or just doing it yourself. I ended up using Shopify, they have great templates and they do the credit card processing themselves. I literally built my entire website in less than 6 hours. I suggest not wasting your money or time if you are even a little computer savvy. I'm happy to give you anymore details you'd like, feel free to reach out. I'd love to help anyone avoid what I went through. Email #1 Sep 20, 2016 Hi N*****, As of right now I have not received an update as to when my website will be completed since your email earlier today stating you would look into my website's status. This is my official notice that you and your company have 48 (forty eight) hours to complete my website, in its entirety. I officially commissioned this work to be started on June 28th, 2016. As of today it has been exactly 12 weeks. I have been very patient and I feel 12 weeks is more than enough time to compete a standard website which I was told your company does all the time and many times in the past. As of 1400 (PST) today, my watches are in hand and I am losing sales as every hour goes by that my site is not operational. I currently have 51 orders that are waiting to be placed (verifiable via emails and social media messages), that is $7650 in revenue I can't access. If my site is not 100% finished, meaning fully functional and published by 1855 on Thursday September 22nd I will require a full refund as well as any damages due to lost revenue. I have already contacted American Express and they have assured me that they can pull the entire amount back via a charge back if you refuse to refund my money assuming the website is not completed. The following is required to be completed by September 22nd at 1855 PST but not limited to: - Fully operational and functional website to conduct business which includes but not limited the sale of watches, watch related items and promotional items. This includes a fully functioning shopping cart (orders need to be able to processed from start to finish including credit card or PayPal payments which also need to be receivable. -My entire website and it's functionality to be unlocked so I can have full access to every aspect for modification. -"USA" needs to be the default shipping country and also default when creating a profile in the pull down menu. -Add a forgot user name and or password function. -Ability to manage the user names and passwords that are added. -Ability to manage the people that sign up for the newsletter/ updates. Also a unsubscribe function. -Ability to add the promotional codes. -Ability to manage the promotional codes. I'd like to have multiple promo codes working at any given time so I can track my marketing efforts. Let me know if you have any questions. I look forward to my website being completed in a timely manner. Thank you Email #2 Sept 23, 2016 Hi N*****, This email is sent to you directly because I am not aware of any fact indicating that you are represented by legal counsel. If you have professional malpractice insurance I suggest that you forward this email to your carrier. I appreciate what you said and could understand an illness delaying my website if this was 6 weeks ago. It is not a matter of a couple of days, it is a matter of a handful of weeks. I told you two weeks ago on September 6th 2016 at 0914 that my watches were shipping and my site needed to be complete in a timely fashion, which I stated was by the end of that week. I told you on September 12th 2016 at 0957 my watches would be delivered anytime because they were in customs awaiting clearance. Why wasn't my website done last week? Why wasn't my website done two weeks ago? You had my Square credit card processing information on August 29th 2016 and again on September 12th 2016. At no point during this entire process have you reached out and asked me to get you anything. I was always the one asking you what you needed. If you did need something after me asking, I made sure you had it within a 6 hour window, if not immediately. To add insult to injury you are now asking me for the Square information for a third time which is out right incompetence. I sent you the Square information on August 29th 2016 and also again on September 12th 2016 when you asked for it a second time. How much time do you need to complete a simple website? It has been 12 plus weeks which seems excessive. Especially when you take into account that I, yesterday in a matter of 5 hours completed an entire website from start to finish including a working shopping cart able to accept credit cards and PayPal. I have zero website building experience and I was able to accomplish in a matter of hours what your company couldn't complete in 12 weeks. It doesn't that seem fair or appropriate for me to to continue to put my faith in your company week after week to not get what I paid for in a timely fashion. It became apparent that I might never get a completed website. Please refund my money immediately for not completing what I paid you to do in a timely fashion. I have two other proposals from website developers that stated my website would be completed in a three week time frame or it would be free which proves that 12 weeks is more than enough time for you to complete a website. You and your company have till the close of business today, September 23rd, 2016 to comply with my refund or I will be instructing my corporate council that I kept on retainer for my other business to move forward with litigation proceedings. Thank you, Email # 3 Sept 23rd, 2016 Dear N*****, Be aware, you have six and a quarter hours (6 1/4) to refund my money. This is not a discussion nor will there be any further discussions or communications after this email. I have been very clear. You had your chance to finish this web site weeks ago. Today is FIRST I have heard in regards to you requesting the login in credentials for Square. It is obvious you and or your company do not know what your're doing. Your email dated August 29th 2016 at 1353 (copied below) states all you would need is the login credentials for PayPal which I sent you immediately along with the API details which I also sent you immediately. If you knew you would need the login credentials for Square why didn't you ask for it then? It appears these are tactics to prolong the completion of this project or it's just gross incompetence. Either way, if you think you completed this simple website in a timely fashion you are grossly mistaken. This is your last opportunity to refund my money and avoid litigation due to my lost revenue along avoiding me posting my honest and very scathing review in regards to your company and it's ability to finish projects or lack there of, on every review website I can find. Furthermore, any further communication other than the refunding of my money will be viewed as harassment and treated as such. This is my final demand for a refund. Sincerely,
I just order a logo from this company, everything went smooth until the end they are trying to upsell me the files that should already come with the package.
